Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with a third-party provider, we may also receive your avatar URL from that provider. We also store the project data you create - flights, crates, teams, and crew assignments. That's it.

How we use it

To provide the service. Your data powers your dashboard, your teams, and your flights. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

• Supabase - database and authentication
• Third-party auth providers - OAuth login (e.g. GitHub, Google)
• Cloudflare - hosting and CDN
• Sentry - error monitoring

Data storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase. All connections use TLS encryption.

Emails

We send two categories of email:

• Transactional - team invites, password resets, and other account notifications. These cannot be unsubscribed from as they are essential to using the service.
• Onboarding - a series of seven emails over your first 21 days introducing the Flights methodology and linking to handbook pages.

Every onboarding email includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Unsubscribing stops onboarding emails only and does not affect transactional emails.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, Google Analytics on public pages so we can tell which features people actually use (and which ones we built for no reason), and Sentry to catch bugs before you have to tell us about them. That is it - no creepy ad-tracking, no cross-site stalking, no selling your data to anyone.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We'll process your request promptly.
